All of our homes are individually designed on a CAD system (Computer Aided Design), allowing you to make decisions on design and features.

Before the design process begins, you meet with the owner and the contractor, Charles Neidhart. You will be provided a computer generated cost estimate for the entire project up front, unlike most builders, who require expensive plans prior to the initial bid.

This helps us to maintain the construction budget during the entire design process.
